Scots grandad left sick and vomiting after finding ‘WORMS’ in water bottl
A FURIOUS grandad claims worms in a bottle of fruity spring water made him violently sick for two days.
Donald Rodgers, 62, said he fell ill immediately after taking a sip of his Drench Strawberry and Lime drink.

He then noticed the juice stank — and only later discovered worm-like objects curled up in the bottle.
The ferry skipper, from Eriskay in the Outer Hebrides, said: “I took a drink from it and felt really unwell straight away.
“The smell coming off it was disgusting. It was only in the car home that my son-in-law Garry spotted there were worms at the bottom of it.
“I was sick four times that night, and felt terrible all next day. I’m absolutely furious.”

Drench owners Britvic believe what he saw was a string-like mould.
But Donald added: “They are trying to claim it’s not worms, but me and my family have all looked at the bottle closely and think it is.”
Donald bought the bottle from a hotel in Fort William, Inverness-shire, on Saturday.
